We engage in advocacy and activism programs to hold the government and private actors accountable to constitutional norms and to influence public policy and law reform. This is an effort to promote constitutional governance and build a free and democratic Ugandan society.

We provide civic and constitutional education, literacy  and training to citizens physically and online through workshops, online trivias, social media infographics, moots courts, debates, webinars, and many other means. We believe that a civically aware citizenry is vital for constitutionalism.

Acknowledging that a constitution is a living document that must always reflect the wishes and aspirations of the people, we organize and host seminars, conferences, workshops,  on constitutional issues, providing a platform for dialogue and debate among citizens. 

We undertake research on various constitutional and legal issues and publish reports, journals articles, digests, and position papers. Our work creates knowledge that informs better constitutional design and reform processes.
